The most cutting-edge, non-surgical facial treatment in the cosmetic industry, our renowned Endolift® laser treatment achieves remarkable skin tightening, fat reduction, and facial contouring. Our specialists perform this internal laser treatment with local anaesthesia, using an ultra-thin fibreoptic wire to deliver laser energy directly into the deep skin and fat layers. Consequently, Endolift® achieves cosmetic results that sit between the realms of non-surgical and invasive surgical results.
We are the UK’s leading Endolift® clinic and an international training centre for this treatment.

Endolift® is a minimally-invasive facial laser treatment that uses an ultra-thin fibreoptic wire to stimulate the deep layers of the skin and melt facial fat in targeted areas. The fibreoptic laser wire is inserted under the skin into a layer called the hypodermis, without making any incisions. The laser energy selectively targets water molecules in the treated skin and fat layers, thereby stimulating a biological process that promotes collagen formation, skin tightening, and selective fat melting in desired areas. Finally, after completing the treatment, the wire is fully removed and discarded, leaving no material behind.
The result is an effective combination of skin tightening, facial slimming and contouring.
We guide you through every step of your Endolift® aftercare period. Therefore, our included hand-picks products are designed to accelerate your recovery to minimise your downtime.
Additionally, follow up appointments with Dr Bayati are arranged three months after your Endolift® treatment to review results and consider any onward treatment, if desired.
Endolift® is a minimally invasive laser-based treatment manufactured by leading laser experts Eufoton®, and utilises the LASEmaR® 1500 device. It is a certified and FDA-approved laser treatment, designed to stimulate the deep layers of the skin.
The wavelength of LASEmaR® 1500 is specifically designed to selectively target the two main components in the human body: water and fat. Firstly, laser energy is administered via an ultra-thin fibreoptic wire passed under the skin just like a needle, with no incisions required. In result, this process tightens the skin and activates the skin’s production of new collagen to create a firmer, softer skin appearance . Additionally, Endolift® can be used to target facial fat melting where necessary to create a slimmer, lighter lower face appearance.
The combination of skin tightening, texture improvement and selective fat reduction creates a remarkable lifted, contoured and toned effect to the mid and lower face.
Most of our patients undergo ‘full face’ Endolift® treatment, which includes treatment of the cheeks, jawline, jowls, under chin and upper neck. However, some patients who are only concerned with reducing fullness related to fat volume under the chin can opt for a targeted under-chin treatment only. Additionally, Endolift® can be used to treat puffiness in the under eye malar region, commonly refered to as ‘malar bags’ or ‘festoons’. We also offer Endolift® body treatments, specifically abdominal and knee skin tightening.
Immediately after treatment, the treated areas of skin will appear red and irregular. And Skin redness usually resolves the following day. But, over the next 5-7 after treatment, there is gradual development of swelling. This is expected and normal, and usually peaks at day 6-7 in most patients. Finally, by the end of two weeks post-procedure, visible swelling disappears in nearly all patients. Visit our dedicated Endolift® aftercare page for further information.
We pride ourselves as the UK’s leading Endolift® clinic and our results are globally recognised. However, it is important to note that results from this treatment are not immediate, and gradually develop within a few weeks after treatment. Typically, early results develop after 8-10 weeks, mid-term results after 12-16 weeks and full results by 6 months.

All medical cosmetic treatments carry some risks and Dr Bayati will discuss the specific risks related to Endolift® at your consultation. However, post-procedure swelling and numbness in the treated areas is normal and expected, and gradually resolves. But, a very rare, but well-documented, complication involves bruising to the nerve that stimulates the muscle controlling the lower lip corners during smiling. Consequently, this can cause a temporary lower lip smile asymmetry. However, it fully resolves by 8-12 weeks in the majority of patients. Furthermore, Dr Bayati, as a highly experienced Endolift® clinician, has a complication risk of less than 1%.
The results of Endolift® last several months to years. Generally, for an average patient, the treatment does not require repeating for 2-3 years. However, depending on facial anatomy and tissue structure, some patients with more pronounced fat volume or skin laxity may be recommended a repeat Endolift® treatment after 6-12 months in order to build on their result.
