If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on Bayati Clinic’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not: modify or copy the materials; use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial); remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Bayati Clinic at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

3. Disclaimer

The materials on Bayati Clinic’s website are provided on an ‘as is’ basis. Bayati Clinic makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, Bayati Clinic does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

4. Appointment Cancellations

Bayati Clinic operates a 5-day cancellation policy. If you wish to cancel or rearrange a booked appointment, we kindly ask you to give us 5 working days’ notice. We reserve the right to retain the full booking deposit payment if there is no show or adequate notice is not given.

To secure an appointment booking, we take a fee deposit of £50. This is non-refundable and contributes towards your consultation and/or treatment fee. Should you cancel or reschedule your appointment outside of the 5-day cancellation policy the deposit fee will not be available to redeem against a consultation and/or treatment at a later date.

5. Treatment Follow-Ups

Follow-up appointments after treatment can be offered if you would like Dr Bayati to check up on the treatment result. Bayati Clinic does like to keep in touch with all our patients, therefore please contact us to arrange a follow-up appointment after a treatment if you wish.

If you fail to attend your follow up, another appointment will not be offered or charged at the cost of £50. A single botox top up at 2-4 weeks will incur no charge. Similarly, a single nose filler treatment top up at 2-4 weeks will incur no charge. All other dermal filler treatments will incur a charge if more quantity is needed / wanted.

6. Treatment Results

Dr Bayati will discuss treatment expectations with you at the consultation, and will strive to achieve the best result for you. However, treatment results may vary between individuals and there is no guarantee of a desired result with injectable facial treatments. This is due to multiple factors, including facial structure, presence of facial asymmetry, skin types, patient age and the extent of volume loss.

7. Refunds Policy

Bayati Clinic will not provide refunds on treatments that have been provided in good faith or refunds on treatments if the patient has had an adverse reaction to treatment.

8. Policy On Children & Pets

We regret that we are unable to allow children into our clinic. For safety reasons, children are not allowed in the treatment room at any time. Bayati Clinic is unable to allow pets in the clinic for hygiene purposes.

9. Compliments & Complaints Policy

Dr Bayati prides himself with many happy patients, and has built his patient base predominantly from recommendations and referrals.

If you are pleased with your treatment, we would love to hear about this. If we have not quite met your expectations, please allow us the opportunity to review the results and discuss this with you.

If you still feel the issue has not been resolved and wish to make a formal complaint please contact our clinic coordinator, Cristina Malone, in writing by emailing info@bayaticlinic.co.uk with the subject heading “Formal Complaint”. We aim to acknowledge all written complaints within 5 working days.
